The general premise of the video is that in todays world people are too addicted to their phones to notice whats actually happening in the world around them.

The video is effective in conveying its intended message because it shows things that happen in the world and what most people do is film it instead of stopping any problems.
Do you feel that this is more of a cautionary story (a warning) or more of an examination of our current social situation? Why?
I think this video was meant to be both a warning and an examination of our world because todays world is already addicted to their phones but it hasn't gotten as bad as in the video. The video has showed us what already has happened but exaggerated it so we can see how bad it will get if we don't stop.
